Maple

Maple is installed on DTU Informatik's Linux Grid and SunRay system and thereby available to all users at DTU Informatik's on these systems.

Mathematica

Mathematica is installed on DTU Informatik's Linux Grid and SunRay system and thereby available to all users of DTU Informatik's ITsystems.

DTUhas a Mathematica site license allowing Mathematica to be installed on all computers owned by DTU. The license covers only employees regarding installation on personal computers. It does not allow for students to do this. More info on the DTUMathematica site license can be found here.

Matlab

Matlab is offered to all users with access to Linux Grid, Sunfire or CIMBI at DTU Compute. DTU Compute offers only concurrent licensed Matlab on the before mentioned central systems. Stand alone licenses have to be financially covered by the user.

Matlab in general at DTU

For Matlab two types of licenses are available at DTU: A concurrent (net) License and a Stand-alone License.

For further informationplease check this link: dtu license rules for matlab

The concurrent (net) version is available here.

Student Version

If you have purchased a 'genuine Student Version' say - at the book store at DTU building 101 - you must also have received a code/guide on how to activate. DTU Informatics are not able to activate any other versions than 'our own' - that is the Concurrent and the Stand-alone.

Octave

Octave is a high-level language, primarily intended for numerical computations. Octave is installed on DTU Informatik's Linux Grid and SunRay system and thereby available to all users of DTU Informatik's ITsystems.

Octave is free software under the GNU General Public License (GPL) and can hence be downloaded and installed from the Octave homepage.

R

R is a free software environment for statistical computing and graphics. R is installed on DTU Informatik's Linux Grid and on Sunfire. More info in general on R can found here

S-Plus

S-PLUS is installed on DTU Informatik's Linux Grid and SunRay system and thereby available to all users of DTU Informatik's ITsystems.

SAS

SAS ("Statistical Analysis System") is installed on DTU Informatik's Linux Grid and SunRay system and thereby available to all users of DTU Informatik's ITsystems.
