Currently, DTU does not give us a "recommended" list of GDPR approved, web based software, but the following should be the most safe to use (besides the last entry):
- share.dtu.dk (Create sites and collaborate with internal and external users, share files, collaboratively edit documents) Will soon integrate with MS Teams.
- files.dtu.dk (Cloud storage, store files here, share files, install the client program to gain easy access)
- learn.inside.dtu.dk (LMS for course activity, messages, files, etc.)
- Möbius/Maple TA (External tool for grading and assignments)
- dtudk.zoom.us (Voicechat and meetings)
- MS Teams (Voicechat and meetings)
- filesender.deic.dk (Send files)
- DTU Office 365 (Offices programs, Teams, Sharepoint, Onedrive, etc.) (Do several things of above, but in one place. Currently this is not recommended by AIT for any GDPR relevant data, although there is "some sort of agreement")
