Summary
The printer bp321111b has been removed while bp321111a has been replaced with a different model. An update to the driver might be required.
Details
Due to an increasing number of printer problems we have removed one and changed another b/w printer:
- The old HP 4100 printer (with printer name bp321111b) has been removed.
- The old Kycera printer (bp321111a) has been replaced with a new Hewlett Packard P4015
The change should be without any problems, however it might be required to update the driver.
How to update the drive depends on the OS:
- Windows users authenticating to the domain AD and printing via adserv1:
No changes should be needed. However, if the printer dialogue is missing some of the HP specific item (and still have Kyocera items) it might be needed to first remove the printer and then reinstall it. - Windows users printing not connected to the domain and via cups.imm.dtu.dk
