2017-10-02 OSX 10.13 High Sierra

As per usual - McAfee Antivirus is NOT working with the latest OSX day one.

Running latest McAfee Endpoint Security for Mac, Version 10.2.1 (2632), on the latest version of OSX does NOT (!!!) give you a safe work environment, and can NOT be recommended.

You SHOULD wait for a working version of our antivirus product before upgrading OSX.

UPDATE 2017-11-16: The main bulk of issues comes from updates, from 10.12.x to 10.13.1 (!!) as far as I can see. So - if you WANT to go "up" you should consider doing it the proper way: Backup, Format, Install 10.13.1 (!!), Migrate. I am currently testing the 'issues' - seems like McAfee (version 10.2.3) is good now, but I will test more today.

Part 1. The MS Office for Mac installation via our Office365 access runs without problems. Outlook runs, but generates heat & fanspeed, and uses >100% CPU. Perhaps it is an old test machine ? Will keep trying the rest of the day, but it seems to work.

UPDATE 291117 OSX 10.13.1 should now work without any other issues than mentioned above. I was hopeing 10.13.2 was ready, but it is not yet. MS Outlook could need an update if broken after the installation, but start your MS Word, and go for an update from there. Otherwise feel free to contact me.

UPDATE 071217 10.13.2 released - I am going for an update now.
