Printers at DTU Compute

Printing at DTUInformatics is provided by:
- CUPS servers for the Linux/UNIX environment
- Microsoft Windows Print server for the Windows environment.
Howto's on setting up printers on various clients can be found here.
The table below contains a list of available printers at IMM. The naming of the printers follows a naming scheme according to:
'prefix' 'functionality' 'location' '#'
The naming "codes" for functionality are as follows:
- prefix - when accessed the printers from the Windows domain via "imm-winprint" the prefix is imm-, when accessed from cups there is no prefix
- from bp - b/w printer
- bm - b/w multifunction machine (print+scan+copy)
- cp - colour printer
- cm - colour multifunction machine
Location is Building/Office.
'#' is a sequential number (a,b,c,...)

There are more printer destinations defined on the server, but those are not generally available, i.e. they are typically available for a dedicated usage and/or user only.
