Summary
16 new servers have been introduced to the linuxgrid. Each server comes with 2 X5650 6 cores CPU and 48GB RAM.
Details
grid01-04 have been setup to allow interactive jobs and the command gridterm on the SunRay/thinlinc servers will give a terminal on one of those servers. grid05-16 are nodes in the existing queues fast, himem, himem-long and long. See here for more info concerning the cluster.
The old servers linux01-36 are expected to be closed down in July 2011.
