Summary
The OS on linuxgrid an hms1 & hms2 has been upgraded from Ubuntu 8.10 to ubuntu 10.04
Details
At the moment of writing (July 15) not all server have been upgraded: cimbi1, cimbi4, linux10-16 is still running 8.04. cimbi4 is planned to run 8.04 until August 15 while cimbi1, linux10-16 will be upgraded within a week.
Know issues:
- There is no longer a supported compiler for matlab 2006b
- grid engine has been upgraded and setup with new queues (see seperat news announcement).
