Updates to: R, firefox & OpenOffice

Default R version is now 2.11.0 on hms1-2 & linuxgrid and has more add-on packages installed (see list with library() command). Older version is available with the commands R-2.10.1. Earlier versions has been removed.
Default firefox has been upgraded to version 3.6.3. Version 3.5.x and 3.0.0.x is available with the commands firefox35 and firefox3
OpenOffice 3.2.0 is available with the oo320 command or via the menu system.
StarOffice 8 has been removed
Java on hms1-2 & linuxgrid has been upgraded to version 1.6.x
