While the migration "justs" takes the time it takes to move the data - there are some final adjustments to be made.
Printers are usually shot, and needs to be reinstalled.
Besides the Printers - the License file for Mathematica needs to be reinstalled.
If you have installed Dropbox you need to re-enter your licens, and synchronize to this the new computer again. DO give the computer a new name, and remember to delete the old one from the site. (BTW Box https://www.box.com/ survives the migration and have complete access!)
