Email distribution lists

Except for the general email lists such as all_imm, phd_se, etc. special email lists can be created. Two types of lists exist:
- A distribution list of members who already have an account at DTU Compute. Those lists are created as groups which can also be used for ACL control of filesystems. A description of the list is available on DTU Compute mailing lists.
- A distribution list of members, where some do not hold an account at DTU Compute. For these please contact itsupport@compute.dtu.dk
DTU Compute ITS does not have a mailing list manager like mailman or similar - this service is however hosted by central IT - AIT: http://mailman.ait.dtu.dk
